What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the process of holistic healing through essential oils. It uses plant extracts to enhance both physical and mental health.

What wax do you use in your candles?

We use only 100% soy wax in all our candles.

How can I care for my candle?

Regularly trim the wick of your candle to 5mm and always light in a well-ventilated room to avoid sooting. Ensure that no wick trimmings are in the wax. Aim to burn your candle between 1 - 2.5 hours at a time and never leave unattended.

When can I expect my candle after ordering?

All orders received Monday to Friday will usually ship in about 3-4 business days.

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

All our candles are packaged with care to ensure their smooth journey. However should you receive your candle and it is damaged, please send a photo to herbandwild@outlook.com.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship to customers in the UK, but this may change.

Can I reuse my candle jar?

You can either recycle or reuse your candle jar in any way you like. It is not recommended however to use for another candle or to store anything edible.
